Our 4-day workshops are expertly designed to help you move from uninspired and stuck to realigned with your values and purpose. In a safe, supportive, and beautiful retreat-like surrounding, you will be provided with the right amount of space and tools to rest and recover. We will guide you through workshop-style programming to help you leave feeling reconnected with a holistic plan of action to create sustainability.
Once you leave the retreat, we provide continued coaching and community support to ensure lasting and sustainable change, with the option to come back for deeper learning and healing at later dates.
The Sustainable Living Program is designed for high achieving professionals feeling burnt out, uninspired and stuck in the same cycles, who desire a higher level of support than a yoga retreat, but shorter-term than a treatment program.
